The EuroGastro Fairs in Warsaw
The EuroGastro Warsaw fairs took place from 21st to 23rd March. This is the biggest and most important on-trade event in Poland.
Herbapol-Lublin company took part in this event and presented its full portfolio for the on-trade channel. Visitors were also able to taste all of the products and discuss business opportunities with our Sales Reps.
During the fairs, the 10th edition of “Culinary Talent” competition for young cooks, organized by Robert Sowa’s culinary studio was held. The competition was designed for young cooks. Our company was one of the partners to this event. Young cooks had to prepare a dish using mandatory ingredients. This year, this list consisted of, among others, infusion of one of Herbapol’s Premium teas for on-trade channel.
The competition was hosted by Krzysztof Ibisz and Robert Sowa and there were two jury teams – professional and celebrity.
The winner was Dominik Chełmiński from Augustów. Second place was taken by Norbert Szefer from Łódź, and the last place on the podium was taken by Iwona Rajwa from Jastrzębie Zdrój.
