Zjednoczenie Przemysłu Zielarskiego (Herbal Industry Union) is founded with its headquarter in Warsaw and field branches across Poland, including Lublin.

Creation of Lubelskie Zakłady Zielarskie Herbapol.

Przekształcenie w Przemysłową Unię Zielarską „Herbapol”.

In 1951, based on Lublin’s Herbal Industry Union’s assets, a state-owned company named Lubelskie Zakłady Surowców Zielarskich (Herbapol Lublin Herbal Company) is founded. Its offer includes syrups and teas – their recipes being perfected throughout the following decades.

Moreover, in more recent years, other companies from the food sector are taken over: Bio-Active Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. or Fruit and Vegetable Processing Plant in Lubawa..
