Zjednoczenie Przemysłu Zielarskiego (Herbal Industry Union) is founded with its headquarter in Warsaw and field branches across Poland, including Lublin.
1952 to 1980
In 1951, based on Lublin’s Herbal Industry Union’s assets, a state-owned company named Lubelskie Zakłady Surowców Zielarskich (Herbapol Lublin Herbal Company) is founded. Its offer includes syrups and teas – their recipes being perfected throughout the following decades.
1992 to 1996
In the 90s, the company is privatised and transformed into its current form of a join-stock company.
„Herbapol-Lublin” S.A. grows thanks to consolidatoin with other herbal companies: „Herbapol-Łódź” SA, „Herbapol-Gdańsk” Sp. z o.o. and „Herbapol-Białystok’ S.A. Moreover, in more recent years, other companies from the food sector are taken over: Bio-Active Dystrybucja Sp. z o.o. or Fruit and Vegetable Processing Plant in Lubawa..
